5. Payments and Deposits

Customers may be required to pay a deposit or advance payment to confirm a booking. The remaining balance should be paid before or at the time of collection, depending on the agreement.

All prices are subject to change based on the outfit, rental period, customization, cleaning, accessories, and other service requirements.

Deposits, refunds, and payment adjustments will be handled according to the booking agreement made at the time of reservation.

6. Rental Period and Returns

Outfits must be returned on or before the agreed return date and time. Late returns may affect other customers’ bookings and may be subject to additional charges.

Customers are responsible for returning the outfit in the same condition as it was received, except for normal and reasonable use.

7. Damage, Loss, or Missing Items

Customers are responsible for any damage, stains, tears, burns, missing accessories, or loss of rented items during the rental period.

Additional charges may apply for:

Missing accessories
Heavy stains
Late returns
Lost items
Repair or cleaning costs

If an outfit is badly damaged or lost, the customer may be required to pay the replacement value or repair cost.

8. Fittings and Alterations

Customers must not make any alterations, cuts, stitching changes, or modifications to rented outfits without our permission.

9. Cancellations and Changes

Advance payments or deposits may not always be refundable, especially for last-minute cancellations or confirmed reservations.

If you want us to remove your photo, video, or review from our platforms, you may contact us.
